The journey begins with a digital blueprint. We use a 3D draping system to design the coat's sophisticated silhouette. This technology allows us to perfect the fit over the padded sections and ensure the final garment is both functional and impeccably tailored.

Precision Fabric Cutting

With the design finalized, we cut the high-performance fabrics.

The waterproof navy blue outer shell is cut using a laser cold-cutting process. This advanced method prevents any risk of discoloration or scorching, ensuring a flawless finish on the dark material.
A separate, delicate process is used for the soft cashmere interior, ensuring each piece is shaped perfectly.

Refined Seam Construction

To maintain the coat's clean lines, we employ a 1/16-inch narrow seam technique. This method, synchronized with leading international brands, creates exceptionally flat seams that are ideal for the padded construction and enhance the coat's ability to smoothly shed water.

Absolute Waterproofing

Protecting the precious cashmere interior is paramount. After construction, the seams of the outer shell are meticulously sealed.

Gel Sealing: A specialized gel spot-welding process is used on critical areas like pocket openings and the zipper placket to completely block water intrusion.
Advanced Bonding: We also utilize a glue overflow technique, a process shared with premier brands, to ensure every seam is durably and invisibly waterproofed.

The final stage involves adding the coat's high-end functional hardware.

Performance Fasteners: The snaps on the front placket and the adjusters on the hood are functional fasteners designed to perform reliably in severe cold temperatures.
